What Kind of items should i Send?

I can make your beautiful keepsakes from all types of clothing, baby grows, t-shirts, dresses, knitwear, trousers etc. Please be mindful if sending anything super thick like denim it may not work best for a keepsake.

How should i post my items to you?

I would recommend posting via Royal Mail tracked, dpd or parcel force. If local to Wilstead Bedfordshire you are welcome to drop off and collect. Please do put your name in or on the outside of your parcel so I can match to your order, I will message to let you know your parcel has arrived. I will post your keepsake back via Royal Mail tracked 48 unless you request to upgrade postage and make payment for this.

Will I get pictures of my Keepsake blanket as its made?

Your keepsake blanket will be booked in for a certain week this is generally 8/10 weeks from order placed, prior to starting I will be in contact to gather colour info from you, the week I make your blanket I will send you a picture of the layout, this happens around Monday/Tuesday any changes to the layout need to be confirmed on the day you receive the layout picture, your layout will be sewn together the following day and no further changes can be made. I will then send pictures when the blankets are completed and ready to be posted. For keepsake animals, cushions and patchwork blankets I will inform you of the week they are being made and send pictures of the final product.

Will you return any left over/Unused items?

Unless specifically requested and discussed prior to me working on your keepsake all cut items will be recycled and any unused items will be returned, if you would like cut offs returning please email to request, this will incur an extra cost to postage which I can advise.
